Terms & Conditions

These terms set out the basis on which Irfanis sells furniture and provides construction, interior design and fit-out services. They apply to every quotation we issue and every order you place with us.

In short: almost everything we make is built to order against your approved specification. Once production starts, it cannot be unmade. Please read the cancellation and approval sections before you confirm an order.

The Details
Who we are and how to reach us

This website is operated by Irfanis, of SITE 2, Gujranwala and Race Course Road, Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan.

You can reach us on +92 333 473 2647 or at saad@irfanis.pk. Our showrooms are open Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and closed on Friday.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Irfanis” mean Irfanis. “You” means the person or company placing the order.

These terms and what they cover

These terms apply to all quotations, orders and contracts between you and Irfanis, unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you that says otherwise. Where a signed contract and these terms conflict, the signed contract takes precedence.

Placing an order — by signing a quotation, paying an advance, or confirming in writing — means you accept these terms.

They should be read alongside our Payment Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of your contract with us.

Quotations and orders

Prices shown on this website are indicative. Our products are made to order and priced to specification, so the price you pay is the one stated on your written quotation, not one displayed on a product page.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. After that, pricing is subject to review — material costs move, and we would rather requote honestly than absorb a change quietly.

A quotation is an invitation, not a contract. A contract forms when we confirm your order in writing and your advance payment has cleared.

We may decline an order. If we do, we will tell you why and refund anything you have paid.

Payment terms

Unless your written quotation states otherwise, all orders follow a two-stage structure: 75% advance on order confirmation, and 25% balance on completion, before dispatch, installation or handover. The balance is payable within 7 days of our completion notice.

We do not charge interest or a late payment fee. The remedies available to us for unpaid balances are set out in full in our Payment Policy.

For bank details, please call us on +92 333 473 2647. If you receive a message claiming our bank details have changed, telephone us to verify it before transferring anything.

Made-to-order work, specifications and approvals

Every piece we make is built to order against your specification. We do not hold ready stock.

Before production begins we will agree a specification with you covering dimensions, materials, finishes and fabrics. Your written sign-off on that specification is what we build to. Please check it carefully — measurements, handing, and finish codes in particular.

Changes requested after production has begun may not be possible, and any materials already committed remain chargeable. We will always tell you the cost implication before proceeding.

Where you supply drawings, measurements or specifications, you are responsible for their accuracy. We will flag anything that looks wrong, but we cannot be held liable for a piece built correctly to an incorrect brief.

Lead times and delivery

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces take approximately 30–45 days from confirmation of the final design and specification. Construction and fit-out work is scheduled against the programme in your quotation.

Lead times are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees, and run from the date the specification is confirmed and the advance has cleared — not from the date of enquiry.

Delivery is quoted at cost on every order and confirmed with you before you place it. Full details, including site access, inspection on arrival and the 7 day window to report damage, are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Natural materials and variation

Wood, stone, marble, leather and natural fabrics vary. Grain, veining, colour and texture differ between batches and even within a single piece. This is a characteristic of the material, not a defect.

Samples and showroom pieces indicate character and quality; they are not an exact colour match for the item we make for you.

Colours on your screen will differ from the real material. Where an exact match matters, ask us for a physical sample before you sign off.

Cancellations, changes and refunds
We do not operate a cooling-off period. Our pieces are made to order against your specification, so once an order is confirmed and production has begun, the 75% advance is non-refundable. This is standard for bespoke furniture: the materials are cut and the slot is committed.

If you cancel before production begins, we will refund your advance less any costs already incurred on your behalf — typically design time and any materials ordered specifically for your job. We will show you the breakdown.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Pakistani consumer law in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.

Title, risk and ownership

All goods remain the property of Irfanis until payment has been received in full, in cleared funds.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, or on installation where we install. Where completed goods await collection or access at your request, risk and any storage cost may pass to you — we will always discuss this with you rather than apply it silently.

Defects and after-sales

We stand behind our workmanship. If something we made is defective in materials or workmanship, tell us and we will put it right — by repair, replacement or, where neither is reasonable, a fair adjustment.

Please inspect your pieces at delivery and mark any damage on the delivery note before signing. Damage discovered afterwards should be reported within 7 days with photographs. Signing a clean delivery note makes later damage claims considerably harder to resolve for both of us.

This does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, alterations made by others, unsuitable cleaning products, or the natural variation and movement of timber and natural materials described above.

Minor snagging items do not delay the balance falling due; we resolve them after handover as part of our commitment to the work.

Construction and fit-out projects

Construction, interior fit-out and turnkey projects are governed by the scope, programme and payment schedule set out in your quotation, which may replace the standard 75/25 structure with staged milestone payments.

Programmes assume clear and continuous site access, a safe working environment, and timely decisions from you. Delays caused by access, third-party trades, utilities, statutory approvals or late instructions may move dates and, where they cause us cost, may be chargeable.

Variations must be agreed in writing before we carry them out.

Intellectual property

Designs, drawings, renders, specifications and technical documents we produce remain our intellectual property unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. They are provided for the purpose of your project and may not be passed to another contractor to execute.

The content of this website — text, photographs, product imagery and layout — belongs to Irfanis or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without our permission.

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and marketing. If you would prefer we did not photograph your home or premises, tell us and we will not.

Using this website

This website is provided for information. Product pages describe what we can make; they are not an offer to sell at a stated price, and we show no prices because everything is quoted to specification.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.

Please do not misuse the site — no attempts to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or scrape it at a scale that affects other people using it.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you have paid us for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity — or for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including material shortages, utility failures, industrial action, extreme weather or acts of government.

Your privacy

We collect what we need to quote, build and deliver your order, and we do not sell your data. Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold, why, and how long we keep it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and any contract between us are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Gujranwala, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If something goes wrong, please talk to us first. Most problems are resolved with a phone call, and we would far rather fix the work than argue about it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on the date your order was confirmed. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
