Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Irfanis collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because a policy you cannot read protects nobody.

In short: we collect what we need to quote, build and deliver your order. We do not sell your data to anyone.

The Details
Who we are

This website is operated by Irfanis, trading as Irfanis, of SITE 2, Gujranwala · Race Course Road, Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan, Pakistan.

Irfanis is responsible for the personal information collected through this website, our showroom, and our project work. If you have any question about this policy, contact us at saad@irfanis.pk.

This policy applies to irfanis.com and to any dealings you have with us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or in person.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to do the job. In practice, that means:

WhatWhy we need it
Name & contact details To respond to enquiries, issue quotations, and keep you updated on your order.
Delivery & site address To deliver your order, survey the site, and plan access for installation.
Order & project details To manufacture to your specification and maintain a record of what we built for you.
Billing information To invoice you and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
NTN / business details Only where you ask us to invoice a registered business.
Site photographs To plan and record fit-out work. We ask separately before using any photograph publicly.
Website usage data IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page — to keep the site working and understand what visitors look for.

We do not collect sensitive personal information — such as health, religious or political details — and we ask that you do not send it to us.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
  • Process, manufacture, deliver and install your order
  • Take payment and issue invoices
  • Provide after-sales support and honour warranties
  • Keep accounting and tax records as the law requires
  • Improve our website, products and service
  • Send you marketing — but only if you have asked us to

We process your information because it is necessary to perform the contract between us, because we have a legal obligation to keep certain records, or because you have consented. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small text files placed on your device. This site uses:

  • Essential cookies — keep your session active and your basket working. The site cannot function without these.
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics, which tells us how many people visit and which pages they read. This data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify individuals.
  • Marketing cookies — the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which lets us measure our advertising and show relevant ads to people who have visited the site.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop parts of the site working; blocking the others will not.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we never will.

We share it only where it is necessary, and only with:

  • Delivery and logistics partners — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver your order.
  • Payment providers and our bank — to process payments.
  • Suppliers and subcontractors — where a specialist is needed for part of your project, limited to what that work requires.
  • Our accountants and auditors — for statutory accounting and tax.
  • Government authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, such as under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 or a lawful order.

Everyone we share data with is required to use it only for the purpose we gave it to them.

Payment information

Card payments made through this website are handled by our payment provider on their own secure systems. Irfanis does not see, receive or store your full card number, expiry date or CVV.

For bank transfers, we hold only the record of payment received — not your banking credentials.

We will never telephone or email you to ask for your card details, your PIN, an OTP, or your online banking password. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Irfanis and asks for these, it is not us. Hang up and call us on +92 333 473 2646.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we have a reason to:

  • Enquiries that did not become orders — up to 2 years, in case you come back to us.
  • Order and project records — 2 years, so we can honour warranties and meet our accounting and tax obligations.
  • Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous.

How we protect it

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across this website, access controls limiting who in our team can see customer records, and secure storage of physical documents.

We should be honest with you: no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. What we can promise is that if a breach occurs that affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities promptly rather than quietly.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
  • Delete information we no longer have a legal reason to keep
  • Stop sending you marketing

Write to saad@irfanis.pk and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first — that protects you, not us.

Please note we cannot delete records we are legally required to retain, such as tax invoices, until their retention period expires.

Marketing

If you have given us permission, we may send you news of new collections, projects and offers by email or WhatsApp.

Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any WhatsApp message. Opting out of marketing does not affect messages about an order you have placed — we will still tell you when your delivery is coming.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact saad@irfanis.pk and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Our site and social media pages may link to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we have no control over how they handle your information.

If you follow a link away from irfanis.com, this policy stops applying. Please read theirs.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last revised.

If we make a change that materially affects how we use your information, we will make that clear rather than rely on you noticing a new date.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from it falls to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujranwala, Punjab.
