Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every Irfanis piece leaves our Gujranwala workshop finished, inspected and wrapped by hand. This policy explains how your order reaches you, what it costs, how long it takes, and what to do if something arrives other than as intended.

The Details
Where we deliver

Irfanis delivers nationwide across Pakistan. We deliver to residential addresses, commercial premises and active project sites.

We do not currently ship outside Pakistan. If you are enquiring from abroad on behalf of a delivery address inside Pakistan, please contact us at saad@irfanis.pk before placing your order.

Some remote or restricted-access locations may carry an additional charge or a longer transit time. Where this applies, we will tell you before we confirm your order — never after.

Lead times

Every piece we make is built to order against your specification. We do not hold ready stock, so the lead time below applies to all furniture orders.

  • Made-to-order and bespoke pieces — approximately 30–45 days from confirmation of the final design and specification.
  • Interior fit-out and construction work — scheduled against the project programme agreed in your quotation.

Lead times are estimates given in good faith and begin from the date your advance payment clears and the specification is signed off, not from the date of enquiry. Custom finishes, imported materials and site readiness can move these dates. We will keep you informed if they do.

Delivery charges

Delivery is quoted per order and depends on the size and weight of the pieces, the distance to your address, and whether installation is included.

  • Delivery is quoted at cost on every order and confirmed with you before you place it.
  • We do not operate a free-delivery threshold — we would rather quote the true cost than fold it into the price of the piece.
  • Charges for site access difficulties — no lift, narrow stairwells, crane or hoist requirements — are quoted separately once assessed.

You will always see the delivery charge in writing on your quotation before you pay anything.

White-glove delivery & installation

Furniture is delivered by our own trained team wherever practicable. As standard, white-glove delivery includes:

  • Delivery to your room of choice
  • Unpacking and assembly
  • Positioning and levelling
  • Removal of all packaging materials

Please make sure the delivery route and the room are clear and accessible before we arrive. Our team cannot dismantle doors, remove windows, or work at height without prior arrangement.

Scheduling your delivery

Once your order is ready, our team will contact you on the number you provided to agree a delivery date and time window.

An adult aged 18 or over must be present at the address to receive the order and sign for it. If you need someone else to receive on your behalf, please tell us their name and number in advance.

If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If our team arrives and cannot deliver because nobody is present or the address is inaccessible, a re-delivery charge may apply.

Inspecting your order on arrival

Please inspect your pieces at the point of delivery, before you sign the delivery note. This is the single most important step in this policy.

If you notice any damage, mark it clearly on the delivery note before signing. If damage is only discovered after our team has left, report it to us within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of both the piece and its packaging.

Signing a clean delivery note confirms the goods arrived in good condition, which makes later damage claims considerably harder to resolve for both of us.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us at saad@irfanis.pk or +92 333 473 2646 with your order number and photographs.

We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, repair the piece, replace it, or refund it. Where a repair is possible and appropriate to the piece, repair is usually our first course.

Please retain the original packaging until you are satisfied with your order. This policy covers manufacturing defects and transit damage. It does not cover damage caused after delivery by misuse, accident, unsuitable environmental conditions, or normal wear.

Natural variation in handmade pieces

Our pieces are made by hand. Grain, colour, veining and finish will vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photographs on this website. Screen calibration also affects how colour appears.

These variations are characteristic of hand-crafted furniture rather than faults, and are not grounds for a damage claim. If exact colour matching matters to your project, ask us for a physical sample before you confirm.

Delays outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, civil unrest, extreme weather, road or route closures, power interruptions, import restrictions, supplier failures, or acts of government.

If such a delay occurs, we will contact you, explain the position honestly, and agree a revised date with you.

Title and risk

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Ownership of the goods passes to you only once we have received payment in full, in cleared funds, in line with our Payment Policy.
